Ordering, delivery, payment and choosing between capsules and powders.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and go to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and send the order to us on WhatsApp. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Colombo usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days, and anywhere else in Sri Lanka in 2 to 4 working days.
How much is delivery?
Island-wide delivery is Rs 400. Orders over Rs 5,000 are delivered free.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery anywhere in Sri Lanka, or bank transfer. Bank details are sent when we confirm your order.
Should I take capsules or powder?
Both contain the same single herb. Capsules are measured and taste-free; powders suit people who like a tea or herbal milk, and work out cheaper per gram.
Are your products a substitute for medical treatment?
No. Our herbs are traditional wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition.
Do you sell wholesale or export?
Yes. We supply pharmacies, Ayurveda clinics, hotels and overseas buyers. See the wholesale page or contact us for a price list.
